Harold Nicoll is the facilitator for the Brazoria County Petrochemical Council, a marketing communications and public relations consultant and the owner of SwampButt Underwear. He spent most of his career in public affairs and marketing communications for the Dow Chemical Company. He was also the public affairs lead for three Superfund Sites in southeast Texas. A native of Lake Jackson, Texas he has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from The University of Houston and a Master of Strategic Public Relations from The George Washington University. Harold is accredited to practice public relations by the Public Relations Society of America and has won numerous awards for video production, script writing, public relations and advertising.
